What is happening to the previous loyalty programs?

The existing loyalty program is going away as we are launching the new app. We’ve included some common questions for you below. You can always reach out to us at info@gainyc.com with any additional questions or concerns.

-- What if my rewards did not transfer over to the new app?

Please reach out to us at info@gainyc.com with your full name, phone number registered under your old account and a screenshot of your current loyalty balance along with the loyalty account number account and we’ll look into this for you.

Will I keep my previous loyalty points?

If you were registered with our previous program with a valid email address, your loyalty account has been automatically transferred over onto our new app. Your current loyalty points will be migrated as points in the GAI Chicken & Rice app.

How do I migrate my points and rewards?

Each registered guest with an email should have received an email that will prompt them to reset their password to sign into their new loyalty account. You will need to update the GAI Chicken & Rice App or login via the web ordering page. This is accessible by clicking on online ordering from our GAI Chicken & Rice Website at www.gainyc.com

Step 1: Download the GAI Chicken & Rice App
Step 2: Click “sign-in” and click “forget password” to reset your password. Enter in the email address associated with your old loyalty account.
Step 3: Receive and open the email to create a new password.

How do I check my points balance?

You can track your current points balance by clicking the loyalty button on the app or by logging into the online order site and clicking the my account button in the upper right and choose Loyalty.

Can I earn points for purchases made through a third-party courier?

Purchases made through third-party ordering apps or websites (UberEats, Postmates, etc.) do not count toward reward progress. You will only earn points for orders placed directly on the app or in one of our store locations. We do offer delivery in our app as well and you will earn points for those transactions.
